And we never share it with anyone except by permission -- that is, if you're giving us information you want us to use to get you the best loan, we use that information to tell mortgage lenders about you and convince them to loan you money. In turn, those mortgage lenders are bound by federal law to keep your information secure.

When completing the loan application on line, if you prefer not to include sensitive information such as your social security number, that's okay.  Filling out the application online gives us a good head start and an idea of what your needs are so that we can begin to shop for the best rate for you.  However, we like to go over the loan application with you on the telephone to make sure that the information is accurate and to fill in any blanks you may not have been sure how to complete.

So, feel free to fill out as much or as little of the application that you feel comfortable with and a loan consultant will contact you once we receive it to fill in the gaps.  Also, don't worry about filling in all of your monthly obligations in the "liabilities" section.  This information will come from your credit report, after we have received your permission to pull it.
