We received a cancellation notice from our Homeowners Insurance Co. because of non-payment of the premium due. I also noticed that our County RE taxes hadn’t been posted yet which lead me to contact Mary for advise. Her response… She said she would contact the title company and follow-up with what happened. A few hours later she had answers about what happened and set the wheels in motion to make sure everything was in order. Truly professional… there when I needed her.
