“As the weather heats up, so does the housing market. Right now, house sales are slow and the harsh winter had a lot to do with that. In fact, since this time last year, the average days a home will stay on the market has quadrupled,” the report says.

“We are still in a buyers market, and honestly, talking to professionals we don’t see us switching into a sellers market really anytime soon because there are enough houses and there’s enough inventory out there, in general,” said Fletcher.
